Terms and Conditions

Campus Clean

The Terms and Conditions present are a contract between the Clients and Campus Clean. If you order our service by telephone, our website or by e-mail, you the client will agree to be bound by all our terms and conditions.
The Terms & conditions can be reviewed by the client on our website before any cleaning service at their property and it is the responsibility of the client to contact Campus Clean if they have any concerns which they need us to clarify in regards to our terms and conditions. If any service has been requested from the information given on our website or leaflets, it is deemed that the client has accepted and fully understood these terms and conditions.


Booking our services may be done via our website or through our representatives. No bookings may be done via the cleaners.

All booking must be done at least 24 hr in advance.


Bookings not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance will not be refunded.

No refund will be given if our cleaners cannot gain access to the premises due to, a student not being present and/or the premises being locked.


Campus Clean shall provide all cleaning supplies and cleaning equipment required to carry out the service.
The Client must provide access to the premises; as well as running water and electricity at the premises where the service will take place.


You, the client, agree to be present at the premises while cleaning takes place. You further agree to remove/lock all items of value.

Campus Clean will not be liable for any missing items.

The premises landlord/owner (if other then the client) will not be liable for any damages/losses that may accrue during the cleaning.

Supplementary Provisions 

Please notify us of any problems/complaints within 12 hours of your clean.

Campus Clean is entitled to change the pricing on this website from time to time subject to its discretion.

For the Hatfield Studio residence:

Should you require a room clean following a Hygiene Inspection failure, a Deep Clean rate will be charged.


Refund will be issued only if:
The Client has cancelled a cleaning booking within the allowed time (24 hours) before the start of the cleaning;
A cleaner has not been able to carry out the cleaning due to reasons beyond the Client’s responsibility.
